Do I qualify for this Scheme?
For new patients only, Alternaleaf is offering free initial consultations (saving of £29) to anyone belonging to the below groups. Furthermore, families of serving military personnel are also eligible. However, please note that those actively serving will not be able to access medical cannabis treatment. Eligible patients have to send in evidence of having a Blue Light, Defence Discount or Military/Veterans ID card. Alternatively, you can provide evidence eg Payslip or ID of working within the following sectors:
Once confirmation has been received, you will not be charged for an Initial Consultation. All subsequent follow-up appointments are charged as usual.
