Not to make this to long this place so far is unreal Dr Mathews and pharmacist Timothy met them for the first time felt like I was talking to a friend was very pleasant can’t rate enough and from what I’ve been told by both It seems I’ve found my permanent clinic thank you guys.

I was seen by Mr Ismail Mutlib and then by Dr Anup Mathew the following day. They were both extremely professional and polite and went through the whole process with me and answered any questions I had. I recieved a breakdown of my appointment, a copy of my prescription and an invoice and have so far found it all really straight forward. I’d be happy to reccomend so far.

Great support and they have so far turned up to all appointments on time or even slightly early. Also they spend an appropriate amount of time on the call with you, rather than checking boxes and dismissing like many others. Easily better than the other private practices I’ve been with so far.

Dr’s and pharmacist’s all have been great. Have listened and explained everything clearly. You can also advise them on what research you have done and if they supply them or ones similar. Overall great experience.

Just had my follow up appointment with Alternaleaf and it couldn’t have been easier. My dosing was too low and I asked for 2 additional strains that I had researched. He asked me what the strains were and added them to my prescription. I can now email to change my strains free of charge between follow ups. This process has been 100x easier and less traumatising than getting any medication I’ve had prescribed by the nhs.
